SS7 covers Thundersley, New Thundersley, South Benfleet, Hadleigh, Daws Heath and Tarpots. With around 50,500 people across roughly 20,900 households, it is one of the largest districts in the Southend-on-Sea area, and about 846 homes were sold in 2025. It borders SS6, SS8, SS9, SS12, SS13 and SS16.
