TD5 is the Kelso district in the Scottish Borders, a cross-border area also covering Roxburgh, Eckford, Linton, Nenthorn, Maxwellheugh and Smailholm. It has around 11,300 residents. Neighbouring districts are TD3, TD4, TD6, TD8, TD10 and TD12, plus NE65 and NE71.
